About Loyd C. Heath

Loyd C. Heath was a member of the Business School faculty at the University of Washington from 1962 until his retirement in 1998. He currently holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Accounting.

Loyd’s photographs have appeared in scores of University of Washington publications (including Norman Johnson’s The Fountain and the Mountain and the Alumni Association’s Columns Magazine) and were displayed in the annual photo show at Meany Hall for over 10 years. Other sites include the Totem Heritage Center in Ketchikan, Alaska, and Old World Wisconsin, an outdoor living history museum in Eagle, Wisconsin. A photographic guidebook featuring Loyd's photos (Old World Wisconsin - America's Heartland: a Guide to our Past) was published by the museum in 2003.
